I downloaded a non-steam SDK to start a fresh Jilly project, I still need Photoshop - But for some reason I'm having trouble with 3D games I can't preview Jilly's model through Garry's Mod because I'm getting about 5 frames per second. And SDK model viewer is showing Jilly with messed up low quality textures.
Is there something wrong with this Laptop's graphic card? I'm a bit clueless on this area.
Tell me your specs, if you could link me your "Dxdiag" I'll have a look for you, just in case you don't know how to get it (Sorry if you do) go to "Start", "Run" then type in "dxdiag" and a message should pop up, click yes and it will show you all the hardware your cpu has.
About SDK, I'm looking to get into all this modelling too, do you think you could link me the SDK your using? Would appreciate it!
About photoshop, you can just download a torrent for it, probably the fastest way to get one.
To help improve FPS, take off HDR and Anti-aliasing in GMOD, always helps improve my performance.
If not just Copy + Paste your DXDIAG here, I'll analyse it for you and recommend you some tweaks and fixes that might help.
